Useful context includes the affected process, systems or data population; the decision or assurance required; timing; sponsor; and any regulatory, audit or programme dependency.
Do not submit customer records, account data, credentials, investigation material, source code, privileged documents or other sensitive client information through the public form. A secure exchange route can be agreed separately.
