Terms of Use
Terms governing use of DQIntegrity.com, its analysis, service descriptions and downloadable materials.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Operator and brand status
DQIntegrity and NFRisk are specialist advisory propositions currently operated by Draz Ivezic. Resolvo Advisory is the intended corporate and commercial umbrella. Any engagement will identify the contracting legal person or entity in its written terms.
2. Permitted use
You may use public content for legitimate personal, professional and internal business-evaluation purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use automated extraction in a way that burdens the service.
3. General information, not advice
Website content, including Insights, frameworks, diagrams, service descriptions, case studies and downloads, is general information and not client-specific legal, regulatory, investment, financial, tax, audit or other regulated advice.
4. No advisory relationship
Visiting the site, downloading material or submitting an enquiry does not create a client or advisory relationship. Substantive work begins only under an agreed written scope.
5. Professional status
DQIntegrity is not presented as FCA-authorised and does not offer regulated investment, legal, tax or formal audit services. Regulatory references do not imply endorsement by any authority.
6. Intellectual property
Original text, structure, diagrams, branding and downloadable materials are protected. Short attributed quotations and internal evaluation are permitted; substantial republication, resale, misleading derivatives or commercial model training require written permission.
7. Experience references
Employer and programme references describe prior personal experience and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or client status. Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.
8. Availability and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may become outdated or unavailable. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected. Professional-service liability is governed by separate engagement terms.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Use of DQIntegrity frameworks and diagrams
You may view and share a link to public DQIntegrity pages for professional discussion. You may not remove attribution, represent the frameworks as your own, resell them, reproduce them in a commercial publication, train a competing branded methodology from them, or materially adapt the diagrams for external distribution without written permission.
Nothing on the public site grants access to client-specific diagnostic checklists, control scripts, testing artefacts, thresholds or confidential implementation methods.
